01Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

(a)Contact and identity information. Your name, email address, phone number, and similar details you provide when you book a consultation, create an account, apply to be a Coach, or become a client.

(b)Account information. Login and account details when you create a customer account on our website.

(c)Health and fitness information. Information you provide through our health-screening questionnaire, intake forms, coaching, and training, such as health conditions, injuries, medications you disclose, fitness goals, and progress. See Section 3 for how we handle this information.

(d)Payment information. When you purchase a plan or package, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited details such as confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card.

(e)Communications. Messages you send us, your Coach, or your trainer by email, text message, through our training application, or through our website, and records of our correspondence with you.

(f)Usage and device information. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.

(g)Media you consent to share. If you opt in to our media and testimonial release, photographs, video, or testimonials you provide for promotional use.

(h)Reviews and ratings. Reviews or ratings of a Coach that you post on our website.

(i)Coach application information. If you apply to be a Coach, your professional certifications, proof of liability insurance, profile information (such as your photo, biography, and specialties), and tax and payout information, which is collected by our payment processor. The profile information you provide is displayed on our website, and we may use photographs, video, and recordings of Coaches in our marketing.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate our website and connect clients with independent Coaches; enable your Coach or trainer to deliver your training, coaching, and nutrition guidance; screen for health and safety before and during participation; schedule and support check-ins, sessions, and consultations; review Coach credentials and insurance; process payments and Coach payouts; create and manage your account; communicate with you about your services and account; send marketing emails where you have not opted out (see Section 6); operate, maintain, and improve our website; and comply with our legal, tax, and safety obligations.

03Health Information

Because coaching includes fitness and nutrition guidance, some of the information you share is health-related. We treat this information as confidential. We use it only to deliver and adapt your coaching safely, we do not sell it, and we share it only as described in Section 4 or with your consent. We share your health information with your Coach, or use it ourselves if we are your trainer, so that you can be coached and trained safely. You choose what health information to share; if you prefer not to share certain information, we, your Coach, or your trainer may not be able to provide certain services safely.

04How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

(a)Your Coach or trainer. For Platform Coaching, we share your contact, health, and training information with the Coach you select, as needed for your Coach to coach you. Each Coach is required to keep it confidential and to use it only to coach you. Coaches are independent businesses, separate from us. If you switch Coaches or your Coach leaves the platform, we may share your current program and progress history with your new Coach. For In-Person Training, your information is used by our owner and trainers, who keep it confidential and use it only to train you. In group sessions, the other participants will know your name and may hear what you share during the session.

(b)Service providers. We use trusted third-party companies to run our business, and share information with them only as needed to provide our services. These include our website and commerce platform, our payment processor (which also handles Coach payouts), our training and coaching application, our scheduling tool, our email provider, and our website analytics providers.

(c)Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the safety of any person, or to enforce our agreements.

(d)Business transfers. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

05Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including our website platform’s built-in analytics and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

06Marketing Communications

With your permission or where otherwise allowed by law, we may send you marketing emails about our services, offers, and updates. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages about your account, check-ins, sessions, or services.

07Your Privacy Choices and Rights

We extend the following choices to everyone who uses our services, regardless of where you live:

(a)Access. You may ask what personal information we hold about you.

(b)Correction. You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.

(c)Deletion. You may ask us to delete your personal information, subject to information we are required to keep for legal, tax, or safety reasons. We will also ask your Coach to delete or return the information they hold about you, except records the Coach must keep for legal or insurance reasons.

(d)Marketing opt-out. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, as described in Section 6.

(e)No sale of data. We do not sell your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

08Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account or client relationship is active, and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law (for example, tax and business records). Coaches may keep records they are required to keep for legal or insurance reasons, and those records remain confidential. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

09Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we require Coaches to protect it with reasonable safeguards. We also rely on the security of the established third-party platforms we use to run our business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children’s Privacy

Our services are offered only to adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Third-Party Links and Changes to This Policy

Our website may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control; this Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices. We may update this Policy from time to time; when we do, we will change the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
